1. Reason for enactment and main contents

As the Act on Support for the Development of Urban Complex (Act No. 20235; promulgated on February 6, 2025; enforced on February 7, 2025) has been enacted to enhance urban competitiveness and support residential stabilization with complex and innovational uses of urban spaces, this legislation is intended to set forth the matters consigned by the law and the matters necessary for the implementation thereof by providing the following: the consent form for the designation of innovation zones for urban complex development, the application form for the project implementation plan, the application form for a completion permit, the application form for a permit of temporary use, and the ID form for inspection officials.
