[Regulation Details]
ㅇ In cases where a fatality occurs at a construction site of a construction business operator, as specified by Presidential Decree, based on reports submitted by contracting authorities or permitting agencies, the name of the construction company, project name, and number of fatalities shall be disclosed in accordance with the provisions set by Presidential Decree.
