- In accordance with the "Civil Complaint Handling Act," safety reports received are transferred to the responsible agencies for processing. Since the establishment of the Integrated Safety Report Information System in 2014, personal data has been collected and used with the consent of the reporter, in compliance with Article 15(1)(1) of the "Personal Information Protection Act."
- To limit the excessive collection and use of personal information, it is necessary to specify the scope of personal information collected and used in the safety report integrated information system, in the same manner as currently implemented, by the enforcement decree.
