In accordance with the recommendation for improving certification regulations (National Policy Coordination Office, ‘24) and the Basic Qualifications Act, the "Act on Supporting Voluntary Activities of Enterprises for Disaster Reduction" is being amended to change the 'Corporate Disaster Manager Certification' to 'Corporate Disaster Manager License.'

Addition of Article 10-2, Paragraph 2 of the Act:
- It is stipulated that individuals who are under adult guardianship or have been sentenced to a fine due to a violation of this law and have not passed two years since the conviction cannot become a corporate disaster manager.

- Add actions such as lending or borrowing a Corporate Disaster Manager license, or facilitating such actions, to the list of actions subject to a fine of 5 million KRW.
