Following the amendment of the Indoor Air Quality Control Act and the establishment of the 'Excellent Facility Designation System' (scheduled to take effect on March 26, 2026), the purpose is to refine the subordinate regulations to align with the legislative intent and establish the detailed rules necessary for the operation of the system.

[Main Points]

-Including excellent facilities in the scope of exemption for manager training and indoor air quality measurement (Draft Article 5).

-Establishing the standards that multi-use facilities must comply with to be designated as excellent facilities (Draft Article 10-2).

*Setting evaluation criteria for excellent facility designation, including administrative disposition history, ventilation system operation plan, and installation/management of simple measuring devices.

-Establishing the scope of entrustment of the excellent facility designation tasks, and refining matters related to administrative fines, etc. (Amendment to Draft Article 14, Draft Article 15, and Draft Annexed Table).
