In accordance with the partial amendment of the Act (Act No. 21021, effective Feb 15, '26), which establishes the legal basis for the foreign seasonal worker system, this amendment aims to define matters delegated by the law.

A. Designation requirements and procedures for public-type seasonal worker operating agencies.

B. Employer’s enrollment in wage claim guarantee insurance within 30 days.

C. Employer’s enrollment in agricultural/fishery worker safety insurance within 15 days.

D. Enrollment in injury insurance for illness, death, etc., within 15 days of entry.
