1. Reason for Amendment

As the Housing Act has been amended to include provisions for reinforcing construction supervision against natural disasters and mandating on-site inspections prior to the use inspection, this amendment aims to stipulate the specific matters that require a supervisor to cooperate with a structural engineer, as well as the measures that must be taken during on-site inspections.

2. Main Contents

Specifying matters that require mandatory cooperation with a structural engineer (Newly establishing Draft Article 19, Paragraph 3) By designating matters that affect a building's structure as defects in the load-bearing structure,

this provision seeks to impose a duty of cooperation on the supervisor during natural disasters, and a duty to take necessary measures on the business entity (project owner) during on-site inspections.
