- Entities obligated to disclose their occupational safety and health status must do so through the internet disclosure system by April 30 of each year.
- To ensure the reliability of the disclosed information, the data must be verified by the representative before disclosure. Furthermore, if necessary to verify the disclosed contents, the submission of related materials may be requested.
