1. Background of Promotion

- Under Article 13 of the Act on Distribution and Price Stabilization of Agricultural and Fishery Products, the government delegates the operation of stockpiling projects to the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) to stabilize supply, demand, and prices.
- However, measuring the effectiveness of these projects has been difficult because it is hard to track actual sales performance after agricultural products are allocated.
- To address this limitation, the Act was amended to allow tracking of sales performance data. Lower-level regulations must now be updated quickly to define the specific reporting standards and procedures mandated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

2. Regulatory Content

- Detailed Sales Reporting: Specify the exact details that recipients of stockpiled agricultural products must report to the delegated project operator (trustee) pursuant to the amended Article 13-2.
- Required Information: Recipients must report their company (trade) name, business location, sales volume, sales dates, and buyers categorized by industry type.
