1. Reasons for Amendment

As the institutionalization of submitting Mill Test Certificates (MTC) for imported steel materials is being pursued, the amendment aims to clearly specify the steel products subject to import approval and the documents required upon application for import approval.

2. Main Contents 

A. Specify the documents required when applying for import approval (Article 6, Paragraph 3 and Attached Table 5 of the Draft) 

B. Specify the steel products subject to import approval (Attached Table 4 of the Draft)
