1. Reason for Enactment

- The "Evaluation Criteria for Qualified Companies in Construction Waste Treatment Services" (Ministry of Environment Notice No. 2025-165, issued October 7, 2025) currently evaluates new technologies and patented technologies.
- This is intended to enact the "Guidelines for Processing the Installation and Operation Verification of Technology Application Facilities"* to clarify the scope of the Association's duties and support smooth evaluations by ordering agencies.
- Established grounds for regulatory requirements in accordance with the corrective demands resulting from the Board of Audit and Inspection's audit (March 2025).


2. Main Contents

(Section II. Procedures for Processing Installation and Operation Verification of Technology Application Facilities): Regulates the workflow for verifying the installation and operation of technology application facilities (processing periods, grounds for receipt, document and on-site reviews), as well as disciplinary measures such as notices of non-compliance.
(Section III. Post-Management): Regulates post-management for the installation and operation verification of technology application facilities, along with disciplinary measures such as notices of non-compliance.
(Section VI. Reissuance and Revocation of Installation and Operation Verification Certificates): Regulates the Association's handling procedures regarding the reissuance and revocation of installation and operation verification certificates.
(Section VII. Fees for Installation and Operation Verification): Regulates the fees levied by the Association upon the installation and operation verification of technology application facilities.
