- To reduce greenhouse gas emissions from medium and large commercial vehicles, such vehicles are added as subjects to the permissible emission standards for motor vehicle greenhouse gases.

2. Main Contents

- To enhance the effectiveness of greenhouse gas reduction for medium and large commercial vehicles, they are added to the subjects subject to the permissible emission standards for motor vehicle greenhouse gases, are obligated to comply with the permissible emission standards, and are required to report using a program announced by public notice of the Minister of Climate, Energy and Environment.
- Establishment of exceptions to the repayment period for excess greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles.
