1. Background for Promotion

ㅇ To enhance conformity by strengthening the criteria for workplaces subject to public disclosure in alignment with the standards for serious accidents, and to guarantee the public's right to know by expanding the disclosure of enterprises where industrial accidents have occurred.

2. Regulatory Contents 

ㅇ Strengthening the targets for the public disclosure of industrial accident occurrence counts, etc., as follows:

- Two or more deaths per year due to industrial accidents → One or more deaths per year
- To prevent duplicate disclosures, Item 1, Subparagraph 2 (equal to or higher than the average fatality rate per 10,000 workers) is deleted; therefore, only "cases with 1 or more deaths, but with a fatality rate per 10,000 workers equal to or lower than the average" are subject to additional regulation (7 persons in 2023, 5 persons in 2024, 3 persons in 2025).
