The Office of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman would like to draw your attention to that a draft amendment for the Enforcement Decree of the Income Tax Act, which extends the grace period for tax on housing allowances for foreign workers with special tax incentives two years from Dec. 31, 2021 to Dec. 31, 2023, has been previously announced (by Jan. 20, 2022).

The confirmed version of the Enforcement Decree will be declared in February, and for details, please refer to the website of the Ministry of Economy and Finance(click).
