At the Korean Chamber of Commerce in Seoul, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and the Office of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman held a roundtable meeting with foreign chambers of commerce in Korea and foreign-invested companies and shared this year's status and support directions for next year. The Ministry shared the record high FDI of 23.9 billion dollars and introduced major incentives for investment in 2024 including cash and location support. In addition, the Office of the Foreign Investment Ombudsman shared the result of grievance resolution and legislative improvement for foreign-invested companies in 2023.
