(1) Reasons for Proposal

The Long-Term Care Insurance Act was amended (promulgated by Act No. 15443, Mar. 13, 2018, and to be enforced Sep. 14, 2018). Accordingly, this partial Amendment to the Enforcement Decree of and Rule on the Long-Term Care Insurance Act aims to prescribe matters legally delegated and necessary for the enforcement thereof such as the designation of institutions subject to human rights education.

1) Long-term care institutions subject to human rights education (newly insert Article 14-2)

Designate long-term care institutions under Article 31 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act and Long-Term Care Institution for Home Care under Article 32 of the Act as the institutions subject to human rights education
