(1) Reasons for Proposal
A. The Public Performance Act was amended to make it compulsory to install an escape guide map or provide an escape guide prior to the start of a public performance, and to impose an administrative fine of up to 3 million won for non-compliance. Accordingly, this Amendment prescribes specific criteria for the imposition of administrative fines.
B. There is also a need to modify the deadline for reporting on disaster management plans to ensure internal stability of disaster prevention measures for public performances held outside a performance hall,
and the Enforcement Decree of the Public Performance Act will be partially amended accordingly.

A. Prescribe criteria for imposing administrative fines for failure to comply with escape guide obligations (attached Table 4 of the Enforcement Decree newly inserted)
