* The Fair Agency Transactions Act prohibits five types of acts (compelled purchases, compelled provision of economic benefits, compulsion of meeting sales targets, imposing disadvantages, interference with management activities) and the Enforcement Decree stipulates specific subcategories for each prohibited act.
- There is a need to address regulatory blind spots and uncertainties among regulated persons by clearly designating in a public notice the specific types of acts that may be classified as a violation of the law.
