○ Adjust the evaluation interval for examination institutions

To tighten control over institutions subject to evaluation that voluntarily revoke their designation and then restore it for the purpose of refusing evaluation, the Amendment modifies the evaluation interval from every three years to at least once every three years, and prescribes that institutions with unsatisfactory evaluation results shall be reassessed after receiving education and advice.
