Painting work is often carried out near residential areas and thus provokes large numbers of complaints. Accordingly, the Amendment includes painting work in the scope of construction businesses required to file a report as a business generating fugitive dust, thereby aiming to protect the people’s health by managing fugitive dust generated from painting work.
