(1) Reasons for Proposal

In accordance with the fact that the amended Motor Vehicle Management Act (Act No. 14950, promulgated on Oct. 24, 2017, to enter into force on Oct. 25, 2018) imposes an obligation on the inspectors of vehicle performance and condition to carry out their guarantees, and delegates the stipulation of the scope of guarantee to lower statutes, this Partial Amendment Decree aims to stipulate the scope of guarantee of inspection for motor vehicle performance and condition.
