(1) Reasons for Proposal
The Act on Registration, Evaluation, etc. of Chemicals was amended (Act no. 15512; partially amended on March 20, 2018; and Act no. 15584; partially amended on April 17, 2018; to be enforced on January 1, 2019) and accordingly, this Amendment prescribes high polymers subject to reporting under Article 10, paragraph 4 of the Act.

(2) Major Provisions
Require any cationic polymer, etc., that is a high polymer consisting only of chemical substances that are not new to be reported to the Minister of Environment
