1. Reason for amendment

With local residents continuously worrying about the use of solid fuel products, the aim is to upgrade the quality of solid fuel products and to improve and supplement some insufficiencies found during the operation of systems related to solid fuel products by strengthening the quality grade standard and storage standard of general solid fuel products in order to improve the environment and residents’ acceptability.

2. Main content

A. Strengthening of quality grade standard of general solid fuel products (Attached Form 7 and Attached Form 7-2 of the draft)

Change to 2-grade (most excellent and excellent) system with cancellation of “favorable” from the grades of general solid fuel products

B. Strengthening of storage standard of general solid fuel products (Attached Form 10 of the draft)

The storage standard of general solid fuel products is strengthened by defining the products for possible outdoor storage as bio solid fuel products if there is a storage warehouse.
