1. Reasons for Amendment

With an amendment to the Public Health Control Act (Act No. 19444; promulgated on June 13, 2023; to be enforced on December 14, 2023), allowing the public health business entity to be ordered to close down if the public health business entity demolishes all of its business facilities to do no more business, this Partial Amendment aims to add this amendment to reasons for an administrative disposition (an order to close down a business establishment) under the Enforcement Rule of the Public Health Control Act.
