A. Reasons for Amendment: To ensure reliable fulfillment of entrusted work by specialized institutions providing assistance with health professionals, the Amendment specifies grounds to revoke the designation or suspend the operation of entrusted institutions that have been designated to be entrusted with administrative affairs, thereby aiming to clarify the management and supervisory authority of such institutions.

B. Major Provisions: Prescribe detailed standards on the revocation of designation and suspension of operation of specialized institutions providing assistance with health professionals, and allow the revocation of designation of any specialized institution that violates orders in the performance of its tasks (Article 9).
