1. Reasons for Amendment

In line with the revision of the Act on the Promotion of Venture Investment, this amendment aims to establish detailed standards for administrative dispositions newly established for reasons such as the revocation of registration of an accelerator and reflect changes such as the reorganization of Sanctions Deliberation Committee members.

2. Major Provisions

 A. Correct the provisions citing the Enforcement Decree in some consignment-related notices (Articles 3, 8, and 13)

 B. Establish standards for administrative disposition along with the reasons (Article 11 and Attached Table 2)

 C. Improve the composition and procedures of the Sanctions Deliberation Committee (Articles 13 and 14)

 D. Reorganize terminology following revisions to other Acts (Attached Forms 3, 4, and 6)
