A. (Mixed waste) Grant permission upon application of operating standards and strengthened facilities that meet the recycled material standards of the Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Food and Drug Safety based on the results of empirical studies

B. (Automated waste collection systems) Grant permission for use with transparent PET bottles that have been separately discarded and collected when recycled material standards are met
