Current Act prescribes no liability for posting information on stored materials during operation of logistics warehouse business, fire departments cannot be informed of loaded materials including hazards and fire loading, etc. during site activities for fire suppression at occurrence of disasters such as a fire, and damages of human life occur frequently due to delayed fire-fighting activities such as lifesaving and fire suppression.
Therefore, it is intended to establish the liability to post detailed information on the materials stored in security offices and emergency rooms when storing materials in logistics warehouses so that such information is used for accident response at occurrence of disasters such as a fire (Establishment of Article 21-10 of draft).
